Check out this week's sermon:
Elisha asked Elijah before He left the earth, for a double portion of blessing and power. Perhaps we could ask God for a double portion when we begin to enter the sanctuary for worship again... the distant future.
“DON’T TELL ANYONE”?
During Jesus’ ministry, there were times people called him the ‘ Son of God’ , ‘the Messiah’ and he quieted them. His disciples called him Messiah, and he ordered them to NOT tell anyone! Why? He had reasons for this and all would be revealed in the days to come as the story of his death and resurrection unfolds.
3/22/20 - “When God Says No” (based on II Samuel, Chapter 7) He had a dream, a notion, a plan. It was all laid out but God sent a message to tell him that it was NOT God's plan. How many times to we make plans that are not in line with God's divine path for us? What happens when doors don't open for you? when every thing you try to accomplish is unsuccessful:?

3/29/20 - "COME OUT!" Many of us are quarantined, locked in our own homes and following the social distancing guidelines by the CDC and health officials. Many are feeling lonely, anxious, scared of the future because of this pandemic, yet some of us have been locked up for many years in our own hurt, resentments, and fears. One day in the near future, we will be allowed to leave our homes again, and come back together in the sanctuary. But how many are still locked in our own tombs emotionally and spiritually? A long time ago in a far-off land, Jesus stood outside the tomb and called out, "Lazarus, come out!" And God is still speaking to us today, calling us out from our tombs of despair, denial, and death to new life, right now, right here. Sermon Scripture: John 11:1-45 (NIV)
